If i do it in a high IQ way with a based therapist, i will maybe be able to hack they system and have free surgeries for my face

I have chad testosterone levels (904ng/dL) but shit simorphism, something is probably wrong with my SHBG and cant do anything abt it or i just have shit genes, its not really the problem.

And TRT is pretty bad since after you start this your body stop produce testosterone by himself. And often made you even more subhuman before because you start to bald, if you have genetically a low testosterone levels you are likely to have problems with DHT after because your receptors are probably too senstive to cope with the new values you gonna have in your blood

i had a few k saved up but spend it all on illegal stuff that i have discarded already i was hoping the insurance would cover a jawsurgery if my airways were small enough but they fell within normal range so no functional issues means i have to pay out of pocket so its over

I got hella facial pain after a nosejob and still 4 years later, Half my nose aches and pain 24/7, Hard to live with, its a 50/50 chance you will be fucked up, So many nerves in the body and face, I wouldnt do it honestly.
