The only transformations I´ve seen were fat chads who just lost a bunch of weight or transformed their body with roids. They never really looksmaxed, they were just lazy fucks.

I´m a legit truecel with almost every facial flaw one could have. The good news every flaw I have is fixable with surgery. I´ve been workcelling for years to finally afford all my surgeries. If I make it then it was completely by my own doing.
