Venting I Went full-ape incel rage yesterday

It all started when I was cooking some chicken and got disgusted by a small pipe looking vein on it (also got mad from the glazing I slightly burnt). Usually I just cut them off but today I just snapped over a small thing I really shouldn't even care about. Poisoned my food with dishwashing liquid, threw it all in a trash bag, smashed a bowl of pickles on the floor and then my smartphone. I've been feeling really worse and worse from all of the LDARing since I cannot afford decent copes on neetbux besides swimming and sugary drinks. Here's some of the built up things in my head that led to this kind of eruption:

• seeing young couples daily holding hands and public intimacy, pregnant foids and foids with their babies
• media shoving all of the sexhaver things on my face. Fuck the Discovery+ ads on TV promoting baby daddy shit
• loud sexhaver upstairs neighbor
• difficulty to get a non-torturing source of income in my country without connections. Third party HR workforce rental companies are a very big thing here, dominating the job market. It's basically legalized and politically correct pimping
• teenagers having fun everywhere with their loud and expensive cars while I have to walk. Seriously, how the fuck they can afford that? Are every of the zoomers dealing drugs now?
• #1 having no idea how to escape LDARing without roping. I cannot even sleep if have responsibilities in the next day
• my garbage english skills. Cannot postmaxx and write anything good-quality
