I could really go without seeing a Nordic JB Stacy living a romance with a pretty boy.

I can only tolerate romance when it's an old and preferably ugly loser living a romance with a young girl like Miman Renai, Kodomo No Jikan and others. You'll only ever find it in manga/anime, of course, and even there it's rare.
