Sometimes I have the urge to hug, kiss, or have sex but at the same time if I think about it then I'm put off. What turns me on is what turns me off?

How is kissing different than pressing mouths together and breathing on each other? How is hugging different than squeezing another person's body with my own? As for sex, it's called "bumping uglies" and I don't think I have to explain the urinary or digestive system share the same anatomy as the reproductive one?

Don't talk about your experiences about overcoming this since it would seen as bragging, but does anyone feel a tug-of-war between what they want and what they find disgusting?

I know that schizophrenics have libido problems but since I'm incel I'd never really notice it anyways. It's not like I'd have a girlfriend or wife who wanted me to have sex, but I couldn't perform. I thought it was just my increased age and naturally losing the young adult sexual urges and getting more mentally mature, but maybe there's more to it than that.
