My parents are nagging me and I'm sick of staying in the same apartment for years. I want to move out for once...

My plan is this: quickly get my BS/MS degree and immediately move out of house

Well that’s not much of a plan. What you need is money not a useless piece of paper that will make you in debt. Getting an education can be useful if you study something meaningful that will set you up for good employment prospects and a decent salary.
