my ocd is super debilitating. Sometimes I will sit in a chair all day. Anyone else?

My OCD gets worse everytime im shut in.
When I was younger i got OCD from covid lockdowns.
After that I still had OCD trough highschool and after years it became mild.
Now that I failed highscool exams and need to try again I was brutally shut in and rotting alone for months.
Bro my OCD is killing me,I have to check surfaces and what people say in my brain multiple times.
It sometimes makes me enraged and ruins my day

Yeah but mine wasn't that bad and it mostly went away. For example now I just do one check (oven, lights, tap water off) then go outside. And no matter how strong and horrible the urge is to recheck if these things are off, I don't. I just accept the horrible feeling then focus on my task outside.
OCD sucks like crazy. I hate how much unease it adds to life. But pls go back to your original avi already
