I know @VideoGameCoper is an extreme night owl, I wouldn't say I'm that extreme, but I go to sleep at around 3 am - 5 am, and I wake up between 11 am - 1 pm. Brutal for nightowlcels.
I want to stop NEETing, and sleep and wake at a normal time.
I'll probably put a bunch of alarms, like 10 alarms between 6 am - 8 am, so I can wake up at a normal time, and focus on trying to wake up early. So that if I wake up early consistently, i'll probably end up going to sleep early after a month of adjustion.
I'm not going to try to fall asleep early, because that never works. I just toss and turn, which is why I want to focus more on waking up early, and not going to sleep early.
Besides Alarm Clocks, what else can I do to fix my messed up sleep schedule?
