I want to be an anime artist

i finally understand the appeal of anime.

i feel like that medium can easily translate the emotions i am always trying to express. if that makes sense

im not great at drawing but i want to start learning to how to make stuff like this. 

i went to school for graphic design so i know photoshop by heart i just need to learn the art of anime.

because i would create the best incel dreamworld 

epic stories and shit.

i feel like thats a productive cope i could get myself into.

Hmm, I have a Wacom Cintiq that I use pretty often, but I am much more of a codecel/programmercel also. But dude, you are coping if you want to be an artist. What you need is something that gives you a shit ton of money, not art. Art can be cultivated later in life, and you are probably doing it for attention from what I can see. But as other people said you are coping if you think you can be good. Because you should have started a long time ago if you wanted to have a chance to make it.

But it's good that you are not trying to rot, and have a passion for something. I could HELP you out buddy, but it would require us to write a GAME. If you could make anime art, and everyone pitched into an idea or something we could get something going and TRICK a bunch of normies into giving us money and letting us progress our skills.
