And while I still do to an extent, it's arguably not as bad as it was before.
Like I can remember, when it was at its worst, I would absolutely steam with rage upon the sight or knowledge of even the slightest mogging.
Now it's me thinking or uttering, "Eh, whatever" at the very least and at most it's only enough to put me in a bad mood for a few hours.
I feel like I've at least matured in that regard.
So I guess that's an improvement, small though it may be.

Yeah, it's definitely helped me get a clearer mental state as well. There were definitely times during my life I felt like I was on the verge of going ER the mogging was so horrible.
