take ur meds consistently. keep in close contact with a psychiatrist. eventually you'll find a balance where u feel ok with ur mental condition. in addition to brain damage extensive manic periods can make u do things that get u fired and can make everyone u had some level of contact with cut you off. always hide ur mental illness too never tell anyone. dont trust anyone.
