I just wanted a little to help me relax because I had to be around people, but now I’m home alone and too relaxed that I feel like taking a long nap, but have stuff to do.
Didnt take that stuff since a long time. It helped me relax, but i always felt weird and dizzy in the head when taking it

I've read positive things about it but personally it had no effect. Benzos work much better imo.

Phenibut is just as addictive lol. As long as you use them sparingly (like 3 times a week) you won't become physically addicted to them.

No never happened to me. Maybe you took too much. Generally keep it under 2 grams. And don’t mix with alcohol.
I mixed it with alcohol a few times and it was fine, but the day I vomited I didn’t, maybe some unrelated stomach bug, but the puke was so disgusting, I can’t look at the stuff anymore
