I think there's a smear campaign against Nigel Farage

Suddenly everybody and their mother has a story about how Nigel has somehow wronged them.

To me this sounds completely made up, just like a lot of the rest.

It reminds me of Discord raids where you put in lots of your people and then give them the go-ahead and they all attack at the same time.

I'm not saying I know this for sure that something like that is happening. It's just the way it looks to me personally, that's all.

Most of these people attacking Farage... they really liked him only a day or two earlier and suddenly now they hate him.

Honestly, they should have done this more subtly as to me it looks really obvious.

The concerning thing I think is what might be tried after this. Farage will probably come through this OK because he's a tough cookie.

The problem is that none of these people ever actually do anything.

They just pop up, say a few things and then never do anything of note ever again.

I think if I was in a position like Nigel... if this issue with people being subverters is a real thing and is significant, I'd probably put anyone being promoted to a high-ranking position through a lie detector test or something like that first.

The stakes are too high not to be pretty confident that this person is OK.
