I think my coping with videogames is becoming more effective

In the past videogames wouldnt drown at the inceldom, but recently ive found myself dwelling on it less and more time just playing videogames, ive even posted a lot less and only get incel rage if i witness couples irl. ( which is rare because i work a night job ).

Not sure if this is curse or blessing.

Interest in copes like video games and anime tends to come and go. It's always pleasant when a cope draws your attention again; you forget about the outside world, and you are captivated with whatever it is you're doing.

Whenever I have no interest in doing anything, I always think, "I'll probably regain my interest eventually." That is a good cope, and is very anxiety relieving, because you know that you will eventually regain an interest in doing things, and your aimless inaction will end.
