I think my brother wants me to remain incel

So basically my brother (landlord) wants to buy/build a small cabin on his property where i can live in. I've lived in his basement for a year now but him and his GF seems tired of me living here for whatever reason, probably embarrassing for them when guests visits. I've told them it's a waste of money to build a cabin since i might not be here for very much longer. I just need to get a better job so i could afford a house. For me it's a perfect LDAR home to live in a small cabin by myself... Even if it's in a residential area in my brothers garden, but it wont get me any GFs or foids in any way (could you imagine inviting a foid into your brothers garden cabin JFL).

It's very counter productive and a waste of money. I will just end up living there for the rest of my life and remain a permavirgin. It's just a strategy for him to milk more money out of me and in the end raise the rent. He's a cheapskate. The hot running water turns off after 5 minutes. They don't have any heat on in the basement. I think it's pretty obvious.

My life. Still cheaper rent than a regular apartment but harder to attract foids unless you're some kind of gigachad, then you can still live with your parents or family.

I'm barely even at home. I work 7-5 four days a week. Whenever i'm at home i'm just LDARing in my room or going for walks except when i'm cooking. Maybe i should just stayed in their garage but there was alot of dust and toxic smells unfortunately, hard to breathe.

They don't want me to live with them. They live in a fairly big apartment but... Still. Tbh i feel more at home here since it's their old house which they sold to my brother. It's a nostalgic feeling. Even if my brother and his GF can be toxic soy at times.

It's an individual thing because it all comes down to genetics, wealth and a healthy lifestyle. For me personally i stopped caring when i turned around 27, the monk lifestyle became way too familiar to me and i've gotten fairly used to it. I knew it would only get harder from there on. There's so many obstacles in the way now. It will take a miracle now for me to get a GF and a live a healthy life with one because that's my goal and to have children, but because of my lack of social codes/interaction/status/looks and the whole along with mild autism i think it's nearly impossible. There are alternatives like escortcelling but they've never appealed to me. I would rather watch porn than escortcel tbh. I'm not broke in any way but i'd rather keep my money.

I was curious to hear someone else's opinion because I'm almost 22 and feel like I've lost something that I can't experience anymore.

True, but right now when i live in their basement i have to deal with both my brother and his GFs improper raising and nourishment of their three children. Even as an incel i can tell they are doing it wrong. They will build the cabin in two years or so.
