29 year old, virgin, 5'6, live in the third world, poor ( parents ask me for money, for fuck's sake),have a lipoma on my forehead which will leave a permanent scar if I operate, brown, ethnic hair which looks like pubes, balding, chubby, low IQ ( failed calculus 2) and struggles with other subjects, have suffered from depression for decades, wants to die but can't find the courage, no friends, no girlfriend, no talents, everything I do goes wrong and ends up in disaster. 0,70 inches ( 2 cm). It grew out of the blue in 2015. The only doctor I have been to refused to have it removed because, according to him, there is a high probability that it will grow back. The removal procedure will leave a scar. I'm saving up money to see a plastic surgeon, a specialist here in my town.
