I don’t think you can get antibiotics without a prescription and when you go to the doctor they won’t write you a prescription without a blood test. Here comes the tricky part doctors will always try to get you to do a full blood test to squeeze more money out of you, They will make it sounds like you about to die and you 100% have hiv don’t listen to that bullshit you will most likely have only chlamydia or gonorrhea.
