The days where I sleep twelve, fourteen, or sixteen hours straight are getting pretty ridiculous.

I already sleep naked [serious] and I still sleep fourteen hours straight or more. It's a bit disturbing now how I sleep from one day right into the next.Try sleeping without socks or with short clothes, you will wake up because your nose will be congested

I suppose there are worse ways to go than dying in one's sleep, we should all be so lucky.>when even your own body doesn't want you to be conscious
That's absolutely brutal

If possible get a loose schedule.
Take a walk every day.
Go out and get a cheap coffee.
Stay consistent

I've tried both caffeine and no caffeine, but to no avail, sleep always overcomes me at random intervals. It's only narcolepsy if you fall asleep at random times, not solid chunks of sleep time.
My bet is you don't have a reason to get up?
So why not sleep long?
You might need it...
That sayed.
You can try drinking a lot of water before bed. Or, drink coffee before bed.
Try melantonin (that sleep hormone made from tryptophan)I've tried both caffeine and no caffeine, but to no avail, sleep always overcomes me at random intervals.

Basically, my current predicament, no purpose or joy in life, I get up to work to have a roof over my head, but that is all I work for. Every day a constant struggle to continue on, I'll only linger so I can have one day the satisfaction of watching the entire world burning down to ash someday in the future, my only motivation anymore to get out of bed.“So far, I still haven't found a real purpose in life.
