For the past two or so weeks I've been finding all kinds of itchy welts and rashes all over my body. They are very inflamed and appearing out of no where. Not only do they itch, but they also kind of hurt. They are tender to the touch and burn. No, they are not flea bites before anyone suggests that. There hasn't been an animal in my house ever since our labrador retriever died 2 years ago. My house and my room are very very tidy despite me being a slob because my parents have a maid that comes twice a week. She also comes into my room and cleans it and changes my bed sheets and does my laundry, etc. When these welts first started appearing, I thought that maybe I was itchy because I don't shower enough. Because in the past when I was very depressed and went weeks without a shower, I would get rashes and sores. But I've been showering quite often lately and still keep getting new welts and rashes. My temperature has also been elevated lately. Usually my temperature is anywhere between 97.4-97.9. Lately, however, it has been in the 98s and even 99s which is a low grade fever. I've been on google and Webmd and my symptoms sound like liver cancer which has a very high fatality rate. I'm too scared to go to the doctor to get a diagnosis in case it really is cancer. But deep down I kind of do hope it is cancer since I'm too big of a coward to kill myself. Maybe cancer would be a blessing.
