I usually stop my work out when I have enough of chads or literally anyone who is in the gym that always looks better and is stronger than me. I try to go to gym in weird hours so there are only few people. I usually feel worse after working out, and after years of doing it, I don't see any benefits really. But it relieves some of the stress, and sometimes I need to get tired to get better sleep so I'm still working out, although I 100% know it's pointless for me
