Incredibly gripping, dark and visceral portrayal of the suffering we face, with powerful cinematography and brilliant acting from Joaquin, it was truly an Oscar worthy performance.
Every single moment in the film was dripping with intense, meticulously crafted psychotic energy, which was both intimidating and absolutely exhilarating.
I actually think this is one of the best films ever made, certainly one of the most thrilling. I give it a 9.5/10 only because of the frustration I felt at the end for not getting more.
Highly, highly recommend you boyos go watch it.
I caught the feels, because I saw a reflection of so many of my own emotions and life experiences, albeit in a transcendent and unleashed form I will never fall to. My weakness and fundamentally good nature to others would never allow me to commit such acts, but the mental anguish, self hatred and suicidal machinations I felt so strongly resonate in my heart I was brought to tears
