A few years back i saw one of those in my campus too. This particular one, majored in sports science, JFL, judging by his uniform. I saw him in the campus gym.
He was getting pressured by his freinds to make a move on his crush-freind. They would get those 2 together by pushing and stuff, like little kids. And she was aware of it. Despite her was being playing and giggling, her body language did not match. She was trying to distance herself from him.

Any sort of recession is so brutal because most people have normal development So It sticks out so much compared to normal people even if you are slightly recessed
