For the last few days I've been seeing this girl at the gym walking around with almost palpable disdain for everyone there, wearing headphones, not looking at or talking to or acknowledging anyone... until she spotted Chad.
It's jarring how she changed in an instant when she went over to to him. Suddenly she was smiling and laughing and giggling and gesticulating, she had an entirely different energy.
She was asking him about how to use some piece of equipment, never mind that it was obvious that it was his first week at the gym and he didn't know anything. She didn't care that we was wearing headphones and obviously not interested in talking. It took her like a minute to get the hint, I was cringing for her even if it's reverse from how this kind of thing usually goes with the doing the dancing monkey routine and the girl being uninterested.

I was reminded how low average men (never mind incels) rank in the worldview of foids. This world is a beauty contest in which 90% of women win while 90% of men lose. Even at the gym, all that matters is that you're tall and have a pretty face.

This is not true, at least for incels. In order for muscles to help, they would need to attract foids who otherwise wouldn't be attracted. This does not happen nearly so often for it to be "a lot" of help, certainly not to justify the effort needed to develop those muscles.

No one has ever been an incel because they didn't have enough muscles. The guy I was talking about was probably a week into weightlifting, if that. And every day for the last 15 years I've been seeing hot girls with guys who don't lift and don't look like they lift. There are foids who are into muscles to that degree, but they are a small minority and usually have body issues because they themselves are fat.

I actually do that.but to hit a top 5% body need a lot of time and to tryhard.i do both and i assure u that if i manage my goal I will leave

Squats are such a gymcel lift. Chad tosses a few in his routine to prevent chicken legs and tears up the bench press and bicep curl like an animal. Weighted pull ups with at least one full plate hanging off a dip belt would be a decent choice for mogging since most guys can't even do pull ups with their body weight, but those are hard.

Yeah, it turns out nobody cares. There are old videos of Greg O'gallagher doing weighted dips with over 80 added kilograms while pudgy old guys walk past him like he doesn't even exist. Gym-mogging is stupid no matter what lift you choose.

Top 5% body aesthetics within general population isn't that impressive. Zyzz and Seid and guys like that are more like top 0.5% or even higher. If getting out of inceldom were as easy as having the best body out of 20 guys, then there should be only one thread on this board and it should be stickied and it should say "Go lift!"
Now if you're saying you need to have a body like Zyzz or Jeff Seid (top 0.5%), that's a loftier goal. They are extreme outliers, not that different from fat ugly, short, non-rich guys who somehow got hot girlfriends. It happens... sometimes, but it's not something you can realistically expect, just like you can't realistically expect to ever have a body like the top internet bodybuilding celebrities.

Of course they'll notice. Less than a year after I started lifting I started getting compliments about my body... from guys. People would check me out on the street... again, only guys. I'd get asked about exercise/nutrition advice... again, by guys.

Foids on the other hand... nine years ago a cardio bunny in the gym put her hand on my bicep for half a second. That's the grand total of interest I got from women thanks to my body (and she was like 6/10 at best and never again looked at me for half a second).

No, you should try by all means because who knows, it could work for you. But you shouldn't be making authoritative statements about lifting when you don't have firsthand experience. "Just lift bro" is the red pill version of "just take a shower bro", only it takes months or years to see whether it works for you or not.
