I agree that pornography can be unhealthy. It's a poor surrogate for actual intimacy and sex, it can indeed make you more miserable and lonely when you're already like that, and it does have a "radicalizing" effect on some men, like it did with ER himself. He wrote in his manifesto how shocked he was upon seeing porn for the first time.
But of course I disagree with various points. First off, as always, they mention poor social skills, shyness, etc, but don't address the elephant in the room which is looks. Yes, IT, I know some ugly men have gfs, but they're the exception and not the rule nowadays, and please, do me, us and yourselves a favor by not naming internationally famous billionaires as examples.
Secondly, men gravitate to porn because they are unsatisfied with their sexual lives. This is not only the case of incels, even normies, 90%+ of men have less sex and less quality sex than what they'd wish. No man would become a porn addict if they had a rich sexual life, but this is something only a very small percentage of Chads can afford to have, especially nowadays. I think women can't conceive how high the average male sex drive is compared to theirs. It's dozens of times stronger and we have much, much lower standards on average. We also get it going fast, some minor cleavage and we're already turned on and ready for sex, women don't seem to be like that (with the possible exception of a Gigachad appearing when they're ovulating or something).
Also, I disagree with the notion that porn is entirely fictional. People in porn are real human beings having real sex. If you look at countries like Russia and Japan, the amount of young women who do porn is VERY significant. Not to mention amateur porn - if you go to a site like Pornhub and search for some kinky shit you deem to be uncommon in "real" sexual relationships, you'll find TONS of amateur videos containing it. If you ask your good-looking male friends, you'll probably also hear accounts of kinky shit they have experienced with their partners. I sure as hell have heard accounts like that, sometimes with text proof it really happened.
Bottom line, it's the same as misogyny. No one here was born a misogynist, but rather became one after a long succession of bad experiences with women. It's not that we can't get women because we're misogynists, it's the reverse. And feminism DID play a gigantic role in lowering the quality of life of sub-Chad men in general, there's no way to deny this.
