SuicideFuel I only slept 3 hours, my body woke me up as usual, and I still couldn’t fall back asleep after 5 hours of trying.

This sleep struggle is from being pushed way too far in life in all ways. The loneliness, health issues, stress, sexual frustration, and other shit all build up to make it impossible to even rest. I just feel like I wanna die just so the pain will end.

Doctors won’t give me hardcore sleeping pills like Xanax, even though they know how badly I suffer. And I can’t get neetbuxx because I’m in USA so have to push through and work like this.

My life is objectively more suffering than it’s worth anymore and I’m really sick of it all, and just wish it would end sometimes.

This isn’t a one time occurrence and happens all the time in similar ways. It just wears you down and nobody irl has a shred of empathy or compassion for you.

I can guarantee you that any foid and certainly most men as well would have killed themselves years ago in my shoes, and yet I still get judged for not accomplishing enough in life. Nobody knows the hell I’ve been through except me

No, nothing helps. Especially when it’s a day when the neighbors and shit make a lot of noise. My body’s sleep system is completely broken from years of brutal sleep problems and having to push through on very little sleep.

Inceldom literally makes you have sleep problems especially when combined with the other issues I have.

But maybe I wouldn’t mind trying whatever asmr type shit you listen to. Got any links?
 
Try looking into how to reset your circadian rhythm. Probably won't help, but idk what else to tell you.

I could find links, but triggers are a personal preference and even among my preferences some work better than others depending on my mood. Generally tapping, scratching and whispering (female voice) works for me. It can't be sexual at all or it's just distracting

This is the most relatable post yet. I ALWAYS wake up after like 3-5 hours, and just can't go back. I feel horrible when not slept, just a constant brain fog.
 
I slept about 12 hours, and woke up at 9pm. I want to sleep for a week so NEETbux day is here.

For real. Worst part is, I NEED that sleep. I workout, but I am also pretty sure I am still in puberty (19) because my Dad grew at like 19 to 6 ft. And he's like obese, now. Imagine getting my chance ruined of 6 ft if I don't get enough :feelsbadman:

Same man. I work a job that is physically and mentally demanding, and naturally need more sleep. Without it it’s horrid. How tall are you btw? I’m 6’0” now and stopped growing at 18

That's brutal, my dad is almost the same. He works construction, but gets like 3-4 hours per night. I think I have those genes or something, because I can sleep like that although it isn't recommend especially considering my stats.

Yeah it’s hell. Our sleep struggles are certainly genetic too as my mother also has sleep issues

Same. My mom was a Navy Veteran, and has a ton of issues. I don't know if it's okay to feel bad for her, but man. I don't know, seeing someone like her struggle with even thinking, because of the Military's bullshit, is sad?

I know this might be some cookie cutter advice but reading helps so much have you tried it ? To me it feels like when i'm tired from work and stuff reading helps to connect with a more natural state unaltered by thoughts/mental agitation and once the eyes start closing on their own and shit i'm good to go. But you have to carefully select what you read, you must find something that makes you feel at peace like light hearted tales and such

Asmr is nice when im not really really tired it feels really nice. But when im actually tired it annoys the fuck out of me idk why

Also when i go to sleep that way, literaly "falling asleep", that's when i get to enjoy the most qualitative sleep. I guess cause it's not forced at all and your organism itself demands it. I really recommend reading for brocels struggling with sleep here. Btw i think all the stuff about muh blue light etc is blown out of proportion. One thing i sometimes do in bed is to read some rather boring and laborious but soothing content on my phone and it works just like with a book. "It's all about the state of mind bro !":soy:

Yeah it’s ok to feel bad for her, she’s your mom and as long as she is ok to you then she deserved sympathy. I feel bad for my mom for her issues, and she’s basically the only foid I have sympathy for

I used to have the same problem. If you cant manage to sleep stay awake till the next day and you will easily sleep the following night.
