Dancing, art, do stuff that lets you go out. Staying in and doing the same thing all the time will get depressing
Video games are a good start. There are plenty of free to play Blizzard games, you can even play Hearthstone on your phone.
There's also Netflix, plenty of good shows on it. The tv show Merlin for example.
If you can't pay for that then Cartoon/Anime streaming sites are good. South Park/JoJo's Bizarre Adventure for example.
The weather in the UK is awesome atm, why don't you find someone to go to a park with if you prefer outdoor-sy stuff? Sometimes just 1 person can be enough to let you lower inhib and get you outside enjoying yourself.
A job is top tier cope for the long term, it'll let you pay for all your misc. hobbies you might pick up in the future.
