i need to shave

my stubble is beginning to grow out and i've not shaved in weeks, but i hate shaving my own facial hair.
i'll get it done at a barbers, if i can find a white one and not one thats a paki.
in general, i hate my facial hair and if i had the cash, i would get the hair follicles on my jawline to be removed and inserted on my scalp to remedy my receded hairline.
and btw, i'm not completely bald on my scalp, i still have hair there and the hair on the sides and back of my head remain intact.
but i'm still pretty embarrassed by my scalp, to the point where whenever i'm out i wear my hood up with a black ushanka or a black bandana during warmer temperatures.
