I hate alcohol, there's a high probability I'll get addicted, it tastes like shit and it will make me act retarded. I just want to be able to talk to people without nervousness and without speaking blockades and alcohol will not do that.:feelstrash:

I really want to try out weed but stay away from other drugs (alcohol included). I'm too high inhib to get a drug dealer tho.

5) Carry around a good weapon. I recommend sock-n-lock
6) Act confident until it seeps to your mentality a little bit. Worked to a degree in my case. At the very least all you have to do is not slouch and look at the ground like a beta. Look high, pump out chest, and walk comfortably. Swing your arms.
7) Improve your looks
8) Related to 6, just psyche yourself up to be temporarily confident. Like keep trying to tell yourself that you are the greatest.
9) Be depressed. "IDGAF" will be entrenched in your mentality.

I guess it did the opposite for me because I read too many delusional stories on reddit that set my expectations high. I waited and waited for the benefits but only got disappointed. I believe in order to attain low inhib one must somehow have the IDGAF mindset and that's not possible if you're expecting something. The IDGAF mindset is only attainable through either drugs or "It's over" mindset.
 
Also you can get drugs thru deep web if you can't get to a local drug dealer

I can recommend Etizolam / Etilaam. But it's not legal in every country.
 
Slow approach: Take classes. Join any group you might like, music, painting, martial arts, languages... And try to socialize thanks to the common hobby as main theme. I tried almost everything. Some groups are full of incels. Easiest imho is meditation. You just sit there with other people, no social interaction or even talking most of the time. By just sitting there, i slowly got better with my social awareness and anxiety tbh.
Fast approach: risk to get rejected and humiliated as many times as you can. Go to social places and try to make friends in general, or worse, approach foids

I will start going to the gym for the first time in my life soon. I really hope it will make my social awkwardness diminish. I've thought about training MMA a lot a few years ago but I was too afraid to go there, so I didn't. Now I'm too old to join as a newbie I believe, but it would make me confident I assume. Carrying a weapon appears to be the most significant part. A sharp swiss knife will probably already give me the feeling of safety so I'll need to look into that. I must admit I haven't cared about my looks that much in the past since I was trying to flee from reality and dive into virtual worlds, but now I actually started to work on that. Gymcelling contributes to a better appearance. I cannot do much about my face though, my proportions are just weird. All I can do is to get rid of my horrid acne, which I'm already trying to do. Number 9 is party legit, too. Since I have joined this forum, my inhibition is tremendously lower, probably because I don't expect validation etc. anymore.

I've had several streaks over the past year. After 7 days, it always got worse. My libido was literally zero, probably because testosterone dropped a lot. The decrease of testosterone would also explain why my skin got better whilst doing NoFap.
Nevertheless, I am convinced that you shouldn't do NoFap for too long. After my 30 day streak, I had to force myself to fap, because I never got horny anymore. After ejaculating, my dick got swollen and it lstayed like that for approximately 20 hours. Also I sometimes got abdominal pain. I now restrict myself to only fap every 7 days, this is when testosterone spikes so that seems ideal.

Gymming never helped me out for some reason, I still felt uncomfortable as heck.
