I have legit empathy for fish being caught by fishers. I said this is cruel when I saw a guy in a video catching a fish pulling it out and it’s alive flapping a bit it’s fins. I was vegan for 6 years but i really feel like my body does better with a little bit of meat like seafood. I think a lot of peoples bodies will have a hard time being vegan for years and that’s why so many people stop after being passionate vegans for years. I usually try to avoid animal products for ethical reasons and I think eating a lot of meat isn’t very healthy
