The Riddler is easily an incel in terms of facial appearence, characterstics, behavior and mannerism.
The only thing not incel about him is his motive.
If you've watched that documentary about incels with a guy named Joey, you will notice that Joey's discord server is eerily similar to Riddler's chatroom
and one of the guys who talked to the reporter even sounded somewhat similar to Riddler.
Those people dressed like The Riddler near the ending are basically us but with the guts to do what's needed.
Those guys put up a much better fight compared to Batman's previous opponents: Gangsters with clown makeups and Carmine Falcone's henchmen who are "Professional criminals".
We aren't just some average thug or canon fodder in that movie, we are "Elite Mooks" or even more than that.
We are his toughest opponent, we were too strong we actually managed to overpower a man wearing a very hard armor a couple times and nearly even killed him and if it wasn't only for Catwoman's intervention we would have succeeded but then later, one of us beat the shit out of her and note that Catwoman easily defeated Carmine Falcone's thugs but one of us casually beat the shit out of her.
We also kept on getting up after being knocked down (although it's most likely because this version of Batman is so weak) and we were the only one smart enough to actually perform a takedown. (notice how much trouble we gave him when two of us grabbed his arms and took him to ground, none of his previous foes were smart enough to at least come up with the idea of performing a takedown)
We are also the only opponent that forced him to fight smarter and avoid a direct fight.
