Whenever a roastie was rude to me in college or HS I would make fake social media profiles and anonymously make sexually harassing comments. I'd be careful not to avoid community standard violations (so no talk of rape) but just really sexually explicit stuff, what I would do to them, etc.

That is something you can pay money to do. You could also use some free services such as Like4Like, but you would need to get a lot to make it very obvious. There's also the option of doing everything yourself, but that's a bit more complex.
