Yesterday I entered a warehouse for my first time. They made me move heavy packages and I got back pain. After 1 hour I told the department manager that I wanted to leave because I couldn't physically stand it. I took insults from everyone, including the managers and even those from the temporary agency. Time 1 hour and I was humiliated by everyone. I am an outcast, a failure as a person, a worker, a son, a brother, a friend. If there was euthanasia in my country I would gladly go and be killed or if I could get a gun I would shoot myself in the head without even thinking for a second. I don't deserve to live.

There are plenty of warehouse jobs where you don't have to lift heavy things.
When you signed up with the temp agency you had to do paperwork and on it would have been your lifting capacity.
Ask them to send you to a job you can do.

Think about becoming a hospital porter. You only have to push people on trollery or wheelchairs with wheels and lifts to go on different floors. Not too difficult.
