Even when he was overweight, it was clear that he had a strong bone structure and overall good genes, but it’s not like he’s a 5’2" balding Indian janitor with grotesquely bulging eyes that hang out of their sockets, filled with thick, mucus-like fluid, twitching and throbbing as veins across the surface are ready to burst at any moment; the skin around the eyes is a sickly, blotchy mess, stretched tight and covered in raw, inflamed sores oozing yellowish pus, dark bruises and patches of rotting flesh, all swollen and throbbing.
