I almost sprained my leg twice today just by taking a brisk run and I already sprained it twice this year. My subhuman body is unathletic to exercise now.

I am not that fat, just slightly over 200 lbs
Do you exercise regularly? If not, then that’s normal, since your bones need to get used to sport, just like your muscles
 
Maybe try starting off slower too, maybe instead of just sprinting right off the bat you do a proper warm up and then from there do like a mile and a half run at your own pace and go from there
 
Can't just break into a run and expect things to go well for you. Warming up is essential, especially when you are untrained and overweight.
I don't even run fast for that to happen
