Story I heard a Teehee Story from two females at the gym today

As I mentioned before, I would hit the gym brutally on New Year, which I did. I almost destroyed my skin on my hands. While I was on the rowing machine with weights, I could hear two females talking about their stuff.
First, there was talk about their jobs, some casual here and there, but the chat shifted into another topic, into a teehee topic. They were talking about some men they know, one specifically (poor guy). They made fun of him, because he was over 20 living still with his parents and had no woman (I wonder why... teehee). So, females will always evaluate a man on his success with other females. This guy also has two other brothers, but they have their girlfriends, so they do not receive any ridicule from these two females.
And yet, females will say do not evaluate yourself on your success with women, although they will evaluate you with this exact parameter. Females are really some arrogant creatures. Just imagine being this guy, these two females talked about. This is so relatable. How do those two females treat him in person? Will he only reveice ridicule on his back, while in person they act nice, also thinking that he is a subhuman living by his parents? Funny is, that I never heard about anything negative when a female lives by her parents with 20+.

AAAAND, while I'm on my soapbox, let's say I wasn't a pathetic half-man and I had some bargaining power. If women should know their worth and not settle for scrubs, why shouldn't men get to as well? There's no shame in women lining men up and judging them, but is the same pride afforded to men? If I wasn't a pathetic half-man, could I be like "Well why SHOULD I have to put up with a grown woman who doesn't take care of her body?" I feel like if a man tried that, he'd be accused of telling a woman to change for him. So why should a man change for a woman? All I'm asking. Screaming to the unhearing void, I guess.
