Serious I haven’t really watched any anime before, should I watch dub or sub?

Dub sounds awful half the time, but I don’t know, you might like it.

Depends on the anime

sub because they all sound like roasties in english

:feelsmega: You have in .co account and have never seen an anime.

I’ve seen Naruto all the way through but it probably doesn’t count
Nah, technically it does count.
You should see Shingeki no kyojin, it's very good. With subtitles of course.

Watch hunter x Hunter and yuyu Hakusho and full metal brotherhood

Sorry, maybe you meant: Hiatus x Hiatus. Full metal is too slow and heavy an anime for any newbie.

Full metal isn't slow at all. It is binge watch worthy, I thought it moved fast. HxH is kinda slow esp that one arc but I enjoyed every episode. Yuyu Hakusho is good for anyone, watched it as a kid, rewatched it and it olds up today

all the weebs would say sub but I watched an aimated jap film the other day and I felt like reading the subtitles wasn't letting me focus on the visuals so I went for the dub

I only watch it Sub

Some dubs are good but it depends.
Some of them are so bad that I cringe and can't watch the show.

Subs always.

Dubs as dating 3DPD....not even once.

Always sub unless is something you watched as a kid, like dragon ball or naruto

I watched dub at the start what made me watch sub animes is that they are few episodes ahead and ever since that I didn't come back to dub since I got used to it and the japanese voices do sound better and english breaks the escapism for me. Now I watch anime at 1.7x+ speed
