First, if you don't fap your underwear is less stinky (I assume most people are not taking shower directly after fapping).
Second, you don't waste time on it (but you will waste it on something else).
No other changes were observed. Im not more confident, I'm not getting women attention, I'm not more productive, I'm not more aggressive.
So if you are doing no-fap because you think it will somehow change your behavior and your life - well it wont, stop coping.
