I Have TRASH Self Esteem

I simply do not have the self esteem required to picture myself doing the things I want to do. I cannot perceive myself being rich, smart, handsome, attractive, having sex, being successful.

I laugh whenever I play those Android Sex Games where the girl says "haha you're so cute let's have sex". I literally chuckle. Because I cannot see myself as ever being attractive.

Im daydreaming about shit like this all the time but it just makes me depressed howpathetic.
I dont play sex games and last time ive heard anything nice about me was my male friend calling me handsome.(lying ofc)
Cldnt even laugh, it felt like droppin food on the ground n just standing there "wellfuck".
Idk if i wld even survive a recordin of a female saying nice things.
