Serious I have the option to get jaw fillers, should I?

Bimax and implants can help. (And also my ears and nose are ugly too, I think it's possible to fix them too.) But the thing is, if one's ugly, he can't become handsome (in most cases). But at least, he can just look normal after surgeries.
