I cant remember anything
I have to study just a few days before the exams because it fades away too quickly.
I have to write everything or i will forget it.
I dont remember 90% of the stuff i did
Sometimes i have to go back from the car to my door to make sure i remembered to close it with the key.
I have the mental energy of a 87 years old

Yes. I find trouble memorizing the Islamic prayer. Something that you're supposed to be doing 5 times a day.

im pretty much in the same place , when i go out for example i constantly have to check whether ive closed my bags or not and if i left my phone somewhere
