I have such a bad headache

I've had it all day

Comes and goes comes and goes

But for the past 5 hours or more I've had it non stop

It's not just any headache tho it's so giving bad and it actually hurts its painful

I literally had a freezing cold shower and was just fine with it

I've never been able to have cold showers despite wanting to cuz of the stuff it does it does to your immune system

I'm so fucked and I can't even fall asleep

Boiling hot with a crippling headache.

How do I get rid of it? I've had a freezing cold shower and I've rested and drank tons of water but it's constantly the same bad

I would take paracetamol but it does nothing. Let's say you have a broken arm. Taking paracetamol will make the pain go away but it doesn't fix the arm. It fixes the pain but not the problem. Also I don't have any accessible to me rn anyway.

How can I get rid of this?

Then you should really go see qualified people to help you bro with NHS. Headache can be symptoms of haemmorrhagic strokes, cancer, tumors ... A lot of potential big problems. Or not. But you will be better off if you know what's your problem.

It's a thing when a pocket/bubble forms in your blood vessels and sometimes it will burst and kill you if you're lucky or leave you disabled and paralyzed. It can manifest as strong headache but I doubt you'd be able to type this much if that's the case. At least measure your blood pressure.

I looked up and it may be dehydration. But the thing is

I drink more than the average person (the amount of water you are actually meant to drink)

And today I probably had 6 glasses worth of water (not including when it got really bad so I started drinking even more)

My throat feels really weird tho.

I feel dehydrated despite not being dehydrated

It could be an electrolyte imbalance, considering I get dehydrated after drinking the maximum I need to drink per day.
