They hand them out for free in middle - high school and in centers for youth, but I never got any.
That's the sad part really... Teens are expected to have sex, meanwhile I never imagined myself having it. Even back then, so much as speaking to a girl was once in a lifetime occurrence.
Out of all the things I was taught in school, sex ed was the most useless. I remember in 10th grade or so when this guest speaker came to our class, he brought out this wooden penis and showed us how to put a condom on it... As if I'd ever need to make use of that information, haha. I'm sure most in my class did though, especially the girls who now knew how to cover Chad's cock properly before he fucked them to orgasm.
I'm sure most people that age start carrying condoms around just in case they might need them, whether when going to prom or to their SO's house or whenever else a sexual encounter might occur. It's over for ugly fucks like us.
