I store fat very easily, but losing it is very difficult.
I go to the gym and struggle to have gains.

What do ? I'm really thinking about juicing. Is it dangerous ? Can i just juice up to <10% bf and then stop doing it ?

tbh no, not even that much. I eat morning, noon, after noon and for dinner and i sometimes skip dinner.

You probably lead a sedentary life, in which case, you don't need a lot of calories a day.

It's not that easy for some people if they don't know how much they are eating. He can either track all of his calories or should only eat high volume foods.

Yup. Try to eat these foods. (Broccoli,Potatoes,Sweet potatoes,Corn ) Basically anything with a high fiber content.(Just search low calorie dense foods on google or high fiber foods to find more) Keep the oil out when you cook your veggies. Consider tracking your calories if you still want to eat that stuff that is barely satiating and is high in calories. Burn also some calories by walking more steps a day (It usually takes no effort)

First up, do not juice unless you want your hair to fall the fuck out and to lower levels of test in the long run.  If you want to lose weight here is a simple plan that will work.  Eat three meals a day, each with 500 callories.  Then, eat two snacks in those days, each with 200 callories.  this will total 1900 callores, or 300-600 callories bellow what you should be getting.   Make sure they have protein so that you feel less hungry and to help with the gains.  Unless you are like 5'2 you will lose weight on this plan.  This should net a loss of 500 callories a day, and one pound of fat is around 3,500 callories.  SO if you stick to it you should lose at least  pound a week.
