Tried fixing it by chasing after females - failed miserably because I'd either be rejected or I'd be in short, very shitty relationships.
I still don't know what to do about it.
Probably gonna cope with videogames and programming.
Honestly sometimes I wish I was buff chad that suffers from roid rage.
Maybe life would be easier.

Mine is cyclical and not as bad as my anxiety but I do get bad bouts of depression and have been knocked out of commission for months at a time because of it.
