I do and the tissue under them isn't very firm, glasses cover some of it up.

I have been looking up ways to fix it and apparently diet can cause these circles, especially high sodium diets, I am poor so all of my food is heavily processed and high in salt.

I've known about this for a long time, it is ptosis. "Ptosis is when the upper eyelid droops over the eye. The eyelid may droop just a little, or so much that it covers the pupil" mine isn't as severe as others but it does make my eye look dead.
