Ditto.
IQ is the most important thing in this world. It is one of the few things that separates us from other animals and helps us innovate and solve problems.
Like good looks, it is almost entirely genetic and you happened to get the short end of the stick. You will often hear people say that it is just a useless number and hard work and determination are more important; perhaps they will even bring up an anecdotal success story of a sub 100 IQ that succeeded in his/her respective field, however this is survivorship bias, and for every person that has made it, thousands have failed trying. They feed you this sugar coated lie because they don't want to bruise your ego and shatter your false reality:
Every great inventor, physicist, mathematician, painter and engineer had an IQ of at least 130+. The average IQ of a college graduate is at least 120:

Grit has little predictive value of its own as compared with conscientiousness. Conscientiousness is being careful and diligent with your work, and it is correlated with IQ.
Grit -- perseverance and passion for long-term goals -- has been shown to be a significant predictor of academic success, even after controlling for other personality factors. Here, for the first time, we use a UK-representative sample and a genetically ...

Also don't fall for the "there are multiple types of intelligence" bullshit that has no basis in science. IQ measures G-factor, which is a widely accepted variable of general intelligence that is correlated to all facets of intelligence and also highly heritable.
If you are studying in college, it is better to cut your losses and admit defeat, because you will never be able to catch up with someone that has higher mental aptitude and brainpower than you even when putting forth five times the effort and time.
If you are not in college, you should consider getting a CDL license. The pay is decent and it's better than flipping burgers or breaking your back lifting heavy boxes at a warehouse. If you are strapped for cash, I recommend doing Doordash as a side gig. Also consider data entry work if you have a high WPM; all you have to do is type data into a spreadsheet.
Scientists need to invest more resources into finding out how to artificially increase the IQ of humans and standardize it throughout the entire species, instead of throwing money at sending bullshit satellites and spacecraft into outer space. The world needs genetically cursed subhuman scum working as factory packers, dishwashers and janitors for the pig upper-class so the wheels of capitalism may continue to spin.
You should also know that having a lower IQ means you are more likely to have lower life expectancy, mental illnesses and neuroticism and lower socioeconomic status.
