Just leave raw meat out in the backyard sometimes to attract coyotes. Maybe that will take care of your dog problem. Throw raw eggs out back. Just in a good hiding spot so nobody knows.
Buy an automatic dog whistle and leave it outside.
I think a good step is finding out what the Mexican is afraid of. What makes it tick. Why it behaves the way it does. Why it listens to the same carnival music and nothing else. Why it eats the same food and nothing else. Why it settles for $8/hr. Why their foids are so hostile.

They are okay if they don’t have too many kids or if the parents have only one kid. Fuck the ones that have a lot of siblings though
