Serious I have 20 grands, should I go back to uni or pay for surgery?

I'm a graduate but my diploma is worthless, it's hardly if I wasn't a graduate ; unemployment, blocked pathway.... I'm 26 years old already.
I was thinking of doing a 2-3 year training course while working on the side, in theory by starting with 20k$, I could live without asking for help from anyone.

On the other hand, I'm afraid it'd be useless, or that I would fail, like I usually do.

With 20k$ you can do something like surgeries. I think if it's done well (given the price I'm able to put, it could be disastrous (won't be eppley lol), but hey I'm incel so how could it be worst?) I could ascend to 5.5-6, but will probably just become a 5/10.

What would you do if you were me, with 20k$ in the pocket?
I could try investments, but to be fair, it's not money I can afford to lose, and I'm really really pissed off with how my life is right now.

If you're a fresh college grad with 20k. Congrats. You're doing far better than most people.

Invest a bit in crypto (let it sit there and dont check or obsess on it too often) and find a roommate or roommates and live cheaply month by month.

Better yet, live in your moms basement for a couple of years while you get training for a job.

A BA or BS degree is just the pre-requisite to get considered for a job. You still need the skill specific training credentials and work experience. Which is what some of your 20k should be used for.

These couple of years will be your make or break years.

Some people live in their cars but thats no way to live imo unless you really have no choice. Just get a cheap studio somewhere or find some roommates.
