Blackpill I hate when normies say "im focusing on myself" as a justification for why they are single.

I especially hear this statement from other guys in uni. There will be tons of normie/bellow average normies saying this to make it look like being single is a choice they are currently making.
It's similar to the cope of mgtow.
It also doesn't make sense, tons of other guys have girlfriends while still being successful in school or career.
I've heard this cope spouted recently from a short dark skinned Latino friend of mine, I immediately thought about how no female had ever shown interest in him before and he was just saying it to not look like a loser.

I mean this is extremely obvious

I'm focusing on every girl available which is also the only reason I'm in uni to begin with.

I'm entering my senior year and for the first time ever I'm going to be an approachcel.

Were all cucked before we come here. Invite him to the club

Normie copes are hilarious.

I'm sorry man, but there is such a thing as prioritizing yourself/studies over social relationships in general.
Right now I'm going through 3 months filled with fairly hard exams while still having to put 80h at work per month. It is no exaggeration to say that I'm not having any social interactions with anyone outside the office/grocery store. Went through a similar period while doing my thesis some semesters back... But I'd say this excuse only applies for 3-6 months, and especially for people that study/work at the same time or have ridiculously long commute times.

It doesnt even make sense in the situation you gave. There are tons of guys that work and go to school but still manage to have a gf or one night stands.
Dating and having sex for other guys is waaaaaay easier than it would ever be for us.
