I hate western diet and their food

Why is western food so fucking bland?us,uk and other western countries,cuisine is so filthy and unhealthy,Id rather chew paper.Even the burgers taste so bland,especially the one from Mc dDonalds,it was like chewing cardboard and the fries were literally dead.I don't understand how they manage to eat food without any spices,unlike other cultures like latinos,curries,noodles,and even arab food in fucking delicious.Just compare biryani and shawarma to a mcD burger,western food is disgusting
